Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using ReferralReady (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is provided to real estate professionals and their clients as described herein.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction.

3. Your use of the Service

ReferralReady provides copy-and-paste templates, digital card tools, and follow-up resources. You are responsible for the content you send to your clients, for complying with all applicable laws (including real estate advertising, text/SMS, and marketing regulations such as TCPA and CAN-SPAM), and for obtaining any required consent from recipients. We are not your legal counsel — review messaging and obtain local compliance advice as needed.

4. Zero-data architecture

The Service is designed so that your clients' personally identifiable information is stored on your own device — not on our servers. We do not collect, hold, or back up your client contact database. You retain full ownership of and responsibility for that data. Where optional CRM integrations are configured by you, data flows directly between your device and the third-party service you selected; we are not a party to that transfer.

5. Subscriptions, billing & rate lock

Paid subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time with a single click from your account; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period. Founding Member rate-lock pricing applies only to active accounts that remain in good standing; the locked rate is honored for as long as your account stays active and is personal to the original subscriber. The 7-day free trial requires no payment up front.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee: if the Service does not deliver as described within 30 days of your first paid billing, request a full refund — and keep any downloaded templates, assets, and guides.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited or harassing messages, to impersonate another person or brand, to infrge intellectual property, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct we believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, templates, branding, and tooling are the property of ReferralReady and its licensors. Your uploaded headshot, logo, and media remain yours; you grant us a limited license to display them only as needed to render your card and tools. Do not resell, redistribute, or sub-license the Service's templates or tools to third parties.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReferralReady shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-revenue damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
